GrabaliA Studio is provided by Quintessence Consulting Group LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Contact: grabaliastudio@iapacks.com.

By creating an account or buying a plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept the current Terms, Privacy Policy and Legal Center. If acting for a company, you represent that you can bind it.

GrabaliA records, edits and exports audiovisual content in the browser and through desktop add-ons. Content is processed locally. Some features depend on browser and operating-system support, device resources, connectivity, third-party availability or permissions you grant.

Free lets you try the editor with displayed limits. Project Pass enables Pro features for one project. Monthly and annual Pro enable paid features for the paid period. Founder Lifetime is a personal one-time licence to included features while GrabaliA Studio remains offered; it does not promise a human lifetime or perpetual third-party services.

Prices, taxes, currency, limits and features are displayed before payment. If information differs, the final Stripe checkout details for that purchase control.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically for equal periods and Stripe charges the saved payment method until cancellation. Cancel from My account → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro remains available until the paid period ends, unless a refund or law requires otherwise.

When a subscription ends, the account returns to the applicable free or expired tier. Local projects remain yours, but new exports follow the available tier. Project Pass and Founder do not auto-renew.

While you comply with these Terms, you receive a limited, personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the application. A licence supports up to two registered devices and one active device at a time, subject to the plan.

You may not resell the service, share access outside your organisation, evade limits or security, extract source code, interfere with the service or use GrabaliA branding and assets without written permission, except for rights the law does not permit us to restrict.

You retain rights in your content. You are responsible for permission to record people, meetings, screens, music, images and personal data, and for complying with copyright, privacy, confidentiality and recording-consent rules.

You must not use GrabaliA for illegal content, malware, fraud, harassment, exploitation, rights violations or unauthorised access. Because media is not hosted on our servers, you must keep backups and protect your files.

AI uses a key and provider chosen by you. Outputs may be inaccurate and require review. They are not professional advice and availability is not guaranteed. Your relationship with the AI provider is also subject to its terms and charges.

Stripe processes payment. You must provide valid information and authorise the clearly displayed one-time or recurring charge. You are responsible for taxes legally due from you; checkout displays the amounts charged.

The voluntary first-purchase guarantee and withdrawal rights appear in the Legal Center. Nothing limits mandatory warranties or consumer rights.

We may maintain, improve, replace or withdraw features for technical, legal or security reasons. We will seek to avoid foreseeable loss, but you must save important projects and exports.

To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or third-party failures. This does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or liabilities and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend access for non-payment, fraud, security risk or material breach, providing notice where reasonable. You may stop using the service and request account deletion; closing the account does not replace cancellation of an active Stripe subscription.

Applicable law and competent courts depend on the contract and whether you act as a consumer or business. Consumers in Spain or the EEA retain mandatory protections of their place of residence.

Material changes will be communicated and require renewed acceptance where appropriate. If one clause is invalid, the remaining terms continue.
