Monthly Pro renews each month and annual Pro each year at the price and currency shown before purchase. Renewal continues until cancelled. Stripe displays the amount, billing frequency and payment method before confirmation.

Cancel at any time from My account → Manage subscription. There is no cancellation penalty and access continues until the paid period ends. Project Pass and Founder Lifetime are one-time payments and do not renew.

We voluntarily refund a first purchase when requested within 14 days and the paid benefits have not been used substantially. Substantial use includes exporting without a watermark or at Pro quality, consuming a Project Pass, or sustained material use of Pro features.

Request a refund from the purchase email at grabaliastudio@iapacks.com and include the account email and available reference. Approved refunds return to the original method. This voluntary guarantee does not apply to renewals, without limiting remedies for billing errors, defects or mandatory rights.

If you are a consumer and the applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal, you may exercise it within the period that law sets by writing to grabaliastudio@iapacks.com from your account email.

This policy does not limit mandatory rights, guarantees or remedies. Where applicable law grants withdrawal, refund or remedy rights, that law controls.

AI features are optional. You choose OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini, provide your own key and remain responsible for provider charges. The key is stored locally in the browser.

When you run a task, caption text, timestamps and necessary instructions are sent directly to the selected provider. The video is not sent. Outputs can contain errors, bias or fabricated information and must be reviewed before publication or decision-making.

For billing, cancellation, refunds, privacy or legal questions, email grabaliastudio@iapacks.com. Include the account email, but never send passwords, AI keys or full card data.

We will try to resolve the request directly. This does not restrict a consumer's right to contact authorities, dispute-resolution bodies or competent courts.
